In my opinion, there is a virus spreading rapidly through the political world (particularly through this administration). Its number one symptom is to make wholly irrelevant statements. Gonzalez's statement regarding torture has NOTHING to do with the question Feingold posed, yet he rests on it as if he resoundingly dealt with the issue at hand.
